Stacey ensures the grantmaking process moves along efficiently. She supports program staff by gathering and presenting information about potential grantees to board members, and helps grant seekers determine their eligibility, complete applications, and report on outcomes. She loves that her mandate at PFS is to help foundations fulfill their philanthropic visions and nonprofits solve community problems—and that she gets to do all this with talented colleagues.
Stacey came to PFS in 2015 from the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, where she served as the grants management associate and program assistant. In this role, she revamped the internal grants management process and optimized the existing systems. She also volunteered at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital as a buddy for young patients.
Stacey graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in communication. Wellness and mindfulness practices, reading, and gardening keep Stacey in her happy place. A native of San Jose, she feels lucky to be able to spend a lot of time with her entire family.
