Stefani J. Willis
Stefani joined Pacific Foundation Services (PFS) in 2017 as Program Officer and works with clients to support a variety of causes including early childhood development, academic enrichment and outdoor education. Prior to her work at PFS, Stefani founded Give Greatly, an effort to inspire her peers to take action and give back to their community through donating time and dollars. She also served as Director at Context Partners, a firm that creates strategies to empower people, grow organizations, and make lives better.
Earlier in her career, Stefani helped launch the first foundation-led Oregon collaborative, the Chalkboard Project, a statewide engagement initiative addressing K-12 public education issues. She focused on educator partnerships, citizen communication efforts, and board relationships. Stefani also served as Assistant Director of Grants Administration at The James Irvine Foundation where she was responsible for grantmaking compliance and grantee communication.
Stefani has volunteered in Africa, Central America and Europe through both hands-on service projects and board leadership, and currently serves on the board of These Numbers Have Faces. She holds a B.A from Westmont College in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. A proud California native, Stefani spent 12 years living in Oregon and The Netherlands and currently lives in Burlingame with her family. In her free time she enjoys chasing her kids on their bikes and traveling to see friends and family.
