Hollyann thrives on working at the nexus between program officers and the finance team and between client foundation boards and prospective grantees. She also supports grantees and applicants by maintaining transparent, clearly explained application processes and grant cycles. Hollyann plays a big role in our Health & Wellness Committee, which organizes staff activities such as recipe sharing and walking challenges.
With PFS since 2016, Hollyann previously worked at the nonprofits Bottom Line in Brooklyn and Meritus College Fund in San Francisco, where she counseled first-generation college students on academics, financial aid, and careers. She received her MA in international education from American University and her BA in economics and political science from Mills College.
Hollyann subscribes to many podcasts—true to form, she organizes them by subject. Originally from Baltimore, she now resides in the East Bay, where she tends her garden and explores the region’s many hiking trails.
