Erin Lingren

Grants Manager

Erin joined PFS in 2015 and partners closely with grantees and client foundations to support both sides in the grantmaking process. She is also committed to building the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors through effective and efficient practices.

Erin previously served as associate project director with CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, managing operations for its leadership initiatives, including the Leadership Development Program for Next Generation Leaders of Color. She held internships with the International Rescue Committee and San Francisco’s Performing Arts Workshop. Erin is also a member the national public administration honor society, Pi Alpha Alpha, and the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action.

She earned her MA in public administration from San Francisco State University and her BA in international security and conflict resolution from San Diego State University. When she’s not at the office, Erin is likely to be found in the great outdoors, hiking locally, backpacking in the Sierras, or kayaking the whitewaters of California rivers.
