Emily joined PFS in 2013 as a Grants Manager, and transitioned to Program Officer in 2016. She works with clients to support a variety of causes including education, safety net programs, the arts, and services for sexual assault/domestic violence survivors.
Prior to her work at PFS, Emily led fundraising efforts as Development Officer at Face to Face AIDS Network and served as Community Development Director at the Arthritis Foundation. Her specialties included annual and major gift funding, corporate sponsorships, grantwriting, special events, board management, and public relations. Emily also spent almost two years as Program Manager at Net Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to helping MBAs and professionals engage in socially and environmentally responsible business. Emily graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in International Relations and French. She has studied and lived in several countries, and is an avid traveler. Born in Wine Country, Emily resides in San Francisco and enjoys tennis, cooking, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors.
