Applications are accepted during a two week submission period for consideration at the Spring 2016 and the Fall 2016 Meetings of the Board of Directors.
- The Foundation will accept proposals for the Fall 2016 meeting from Tuesday, July 5, 2016 through 5 P.M. on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
Reading Partners is dedicated to improving the reading skills of elementary school students throughout the United States by recruiting and training community volunteers to provide one-on-one tutoring to students.
The GGS Foundation supports community-based, nonprofit organizations working in three main program areas:
- Promoting Literacy
- Substance Abuse Prevention & Healthy Living
- Vocational & Workplace Skill Development.
The foundation makes grants in San Francisco and Marin counties.
